PDS Studio Inc is a custom home architectural firm, specializing in designing new high-end residential home from ground up.  PDS Studio inc is seeking for a full-time Architectural design drafter with superior 3D skills and 2D proficiency using Revit. We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated draftsman to help with schematic design development, construction documents and design.  www.pds-studio.com

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings and architectural details using Revit.
• Ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Review architectural plans and consultant plans to ensure design consistency.
• Being involved in all phases of the projects from schematic design through design development and construction documents.
• Able to drive and submit plans to city hall, and able to communicate with city staff when going over the design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Architectural background + knowledge of the construction industry. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture a plus.
• 2 to 5 years of working experience.
• Ability to draw plans in Revit accurately and professionally.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe photoshop
• Must be able to assist with all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
• Excellent writing skills and excellent verbal communicating skills.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY: Commensurate with experience
