Project Manager
Jeannette Architects is a boutique, client focused, recognized residential firm in Long Beach, CA seeking a Project Manager with technical architectural skills for a full-time position.
Currently, we are working in the office, but conducting meetings remotely. This position would include in-office training. Jeannette Architects is in Belmont Heights, Long Beach. Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8AM to 6PM / closed Fridays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-years residential experience Minimum
- Licensed or on the path to licensure
- Bachelor from Accredited Architecture school
- Revit Proficient
- Capacity to Handle multiple projects and Schedules
- Ability to Run a team
- Design and Construction Intelligent
- Presentation Ready
- Well-Versed in Residential Client Interaction
- Candidates should be local residents and authorized to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Coordination of all project efforts to ensure design and technical standards
- Develop design solutions
- Serve as Primary Client liaison to complete project on schedule, within budget and ensure client satisfaction
- Submit drawings for HOA, Coastal Commission, and city/county submittals
- Manage jobs in construction
- Collaborate with all co-workers on an assortment of tasks
