Hisel Flynn Architects is seeking to hire a new employee to become part of our small firm. Ideal applicants will have one of the following: 

• a professional degree in architecture or interior design and at least 4 years of work experience for residential architects or
• at least 3-5 years of experience managing residential construction projects.

Individuals with experience in construction management, structural engineering, or managing projects for residential contractors are welcome to apply.

All applicants must be experienced in the production of construction documents. Fluency in Revit and SketchUp is required.

Applicants need to be self-motivated, good communicators, creative problem solvers, and have a keen design sensibility. Applicants must understand the technical language behind the firm’s portfolio, and how construction details contribute to the articulation of our mission.
