Mobile Office Architects (MOA) is seeking 2-3 dynamic interns to join our team.  One regular architecture internship, and 2 positions for a design-build internship located on Guemes Island, WA.  The regular architecture internship will be for remote work.

The intern will:

• Work collaboratively with the design team and principals on all aspects of a project
• Gain general knowledge of the design and construction process in the professional world
• Aid in generating presentations including drawings, renderings, and developing physical and digital models
• Aid in drawings for all phases from concept design through construction documents
• Research architectural and interior finish materials, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a professional Architectural degree program
• Creative curiosity with a desire to learn and accept direction and mentoring
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, and Sketchup
• Excellent analytical, time management, conceptual, communication and organizational skill
• Basic knowledge and understanding of different rendering techniques and excellent graphic skills
• Precise and personable verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of architectural design and construction principles
• Profession experience is beneficial, but not required.
• Be legally able to work in the United States

This is a paid internship and compensation will be based on experience. The duration will be for 3 months and the start and end dates will be determined with the accepted applicant.
