Konstant Architecture Planning is a small firm providing traditional architectural planning and design services. We are a practice focused on providing our clients with the highest level of service and quality of architectural design and detail. We have over thirty-five years of experience working on high-end residential projects in Chicago’s North Shore, with a history of work in other areas of the country such as Florida, Massachusetts, and Colorado.
Our design philosophy is centered on an honest architectural interpretation and grounded in the enduring values of traditional building. Historical context, an integral relationship to the landscape, and appropriate proportion and materials, combine with the programmatic needs of our clients to create rich traditional architecture. Using the traditional language in a way that accommodates the lifestyle of today is a challenge we welcome. We strive to create timeless architecture by balancing formal concerns with the functional needs of the client.
