About this role:

A strong intermediate or Project Architect is needed to join a team of 4 to help deliver a fast-track workplace project.  You will be working on putting together a set of CD's for the new offices of one of the most prestigious architecture firms in NYC.  The project is expected to last 3-4 weeks.

Key responsibilities:

• Working as part of the design team to ensure the organized and speedy delivery of the project.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers and other consultants.
• Oversee the work of more Junior staff.

Skills and experience:

• A professional degree in Architecture 
• 4-10 years of post-graduate experience.
• Work-place experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• AutoCAD proficiency is a must.  Rhino is a plus.
• Must be available for immediate start.
• Work will be done remotely for the most part, but there will be site visits.
• Interior detailing experience is desired.
• Ability to multi-task and work on fast pace projects.
