Cedar Street is a creative studio focused in the development and design of emerging food brands. We are seeking qualified applications for a Draftsperson to join our project team on a contract basis with potential for full time employment. As a draftsperson you will be tasked with producing design and construction documents with for all phases including surveying, architectural design, details and assembling construction, filing and as built documents. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 Year's Experience in production of construction documents.
• Experience in Restaurant or Food Service documents preferred.
• Strong design background with good problem-solving and research skills
• Advanced capabilities in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Preparation of Construction Documents
• Proactive and clear communication
• Strong knowledge of building materials, components, and systems
• Ability to manage one’s own time and work independently towards  deadlines.

Responsibilities: 

• Production of full Design and Construction Document Sets based off 3D Models and Design Development Studies.
• Review drawings for accuracy and continuity with existing conditions and MEP consultants. 
• Present progress plans, images and renderings as required by the designer and client.
