MWT Architecture is an International Firm specialized in Hotels, Resorts, Housing and Mixed-Use Projects. We are seeking a team leader (REMOTE- PROJECT ARCHITECT) to lead an international digital team of Architectural Interns using AutoCAD.

Requirements:  

• Expert Level 10 plus years’ Experience and Knowledge in Assembling Construction Documents and leading and working along with teams, and clients.

• Experience with wood frame, concrete, steel, CLT, assemblies for projects
•  Ability to present projects digitally with staff, coordinate with specification writer, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and outside Civil Engineers.  
• Creative abilities including sketching, conceptual rendering, and space planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build quick rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and assignment while working with 4 partners and in two time zones.
• Accustomed to managing multiple concurrent assignments.
• Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch-up – ability to make minor edits / corrections as needed. Software, MS Word, Office 365, Teams, etc.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship.
