Studio Huashi is a design consulting company working on residential and commercial projects in NYC. 

The position offered is part-time or per-job basis.  Due to Covid-19-related circumstances, this position is currently a remote work role and will require workers to meet project output standards from home using personal PC hardware. We are ideally looking for candidates who are located in New York City or the immediate region.

Interviews will be conducted remotely.

Skills & Experience Required:

• BArch, MArch or equivalent Interior Design degree
• Fresh graduates are allowed, but prior architecture/ engineering office work experience preferred
• Ability to produce a complete set of Department of Buildings (DOB) filing set a plus
• Basic understanding of NYC code and zoning a plus
• Ability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines
• Strong and clear communication skills a must
• Basic understanding of construction means and methods
• Capability of learning quickly on the job
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

 Software Knowledge:

• AutoCAD drafting experience in an office setting
