urban are absolutely thrilled to be working with a Midtown based architecture & interior design firm creating beautifully unique living environments and high-profile public buildings as they seek three Intermediate Architects.

You will be involved in one of three new build unique residences across the country from concept through to completion including construction documentation and administration. You will be involved in the selection of top-quality materials and designing using the best technologies.

To have the opportunity to interview with this prestigious and award-winning firm you will require the following:

• Proven professional experience with high-end single-family residential projects.
• Exposure to projects from feasibility through to construction documentation and construction administration.
• A passion for high quality design using hand sketching or watercolour skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Clear & confident communication skills; you will be regularly coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects making critical decisions, solve problems and reporting to management.
• You must have proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture and to be familiar with local building codes.
