ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE

• Experience with SFR Construction
  • Hillside and HPOZ a plus
  • Extensive code knowledge a plus
  • Exp. In LA, SM, WeHo, BH all a plus
  • Experience with Residential F,F,+E a plus
• Ability to manage a project from inception through completion

• Ability to communicate with clients

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Modelling software, Adobe Suite

• REVIT and / or SketchUp a plus

• CA licensure a plus
