Architectural Designer

Our office is active in the broad field of architecture. Our project portfolio covers many aspects of architecture, ranging from small to large scale projects, research, and experiment.  The atmosphere within our office is international, multidisciplinary, design-oriented, and ambitious, but also open, non-hierarchical, team-based, and friendly, with attention to personal well-being, knowledge development, and career planning.

We are currently looking for Architectural Designer for a geometrically complex large-scale project to join our office in New York.  The ideal candidates should have strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality.

Requirements:

  • proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to learn.
  • excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
  • ability to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking.
  • responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects and work with others in tight deadline.
  • resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while always remaining calm and professional.
  • excellent 3D + 2D software (Rhinoceros, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.); advance knowledge in grasshopper or dynamo is a plus.
  • extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants for senior or project architect applicant.
  • Business fluent English a must
  • Candidates must have a current valid work status in the US.
