Our projects range from extensive building renovations, interior fit-outs, new construction, and master planning. The Opportunity:

We seek to hire a motivated Project Architect with a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience. This professional will be responsible for a mixed variety of project types in a diverse collaborative environment.  We provide opportunities for the individual to excel in an environment where personal growth is encouraged. We work as a team and believe we are all accountable to each other.  We also promote opportunities beyond the practice of architecture as a discipline.

All candidates must have a passion for design, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong communication and organizational skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented studio environment.  The job includes many client-facing opportunities, exposure to construction, and seeing projects through from concept to execution.

The candidate will be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including; investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions. Perform assignments with responsibility for design. Strong experience in Revit (critical), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite is mandatory. Skill in BIM management, Dynamo, and rendering capabilities a plus. Architectural license preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate project solutions
  • Lead and carry out construction documentation and detail coordination and generation
  • Coordination with project team consultants
  • Develop and translate creative solutions to program requirements
  • Carry out complex or novel assignments
  • Develop design presentations for clients
  • Product research and implementation
  • Make submittals to regulatory agencies
  • Construction Administration coordination
  • Development of new or improved techniques and procedures
  • Perform Design analysis through all phases of work
  • Excellent graphic presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Employee Qualifications 

  • Architecture Degree from an accredited school
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Strong creative design skills, graphic capabilities, and capacity for conceptual thinking
  • Self-motivated 
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Perform as player/coach
  • Operate on several different tasks within a given day, on several different projects 
  • Meet regular and demanding deadlines 
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to carry out a design concept to realization
  • Proficiency in Revit is critical
