Residential Design Firm seeking full time junior architect or interior designer, with 3-5 years experience or new graduate. Majority of projects are mid to high end private residential, apartment renovations, but also includes small to midsize commercial and residential development work. Job responsibilities include all aspects of a project, from concept to completion, generating presentation materials, participating in client meetings/presentations, generating construction documents and interior specifications, sometime including furniture selection.
The following skills/qualifications are desired but not all required.
We are looking for some one with a strong design sense, able to work in a team and collaborate, and be proactive in taking on responsibilities. It is our hope this person will quickly move into a project management role.
