MA is potentially seeking to hire a self-motivated Project Architect for architectural and interior design of ground up and shell renovations. MA strives to provide excellent opportunities for individuals to excel in a dynamic collaborative environment where personal growth is encouraged. Candidates must have a passion for design, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong communication and organizational skills and enjoy working in a team-oriented studio environment.

Responsibilities and duties may include:

• Assist with the translation of program requirements into creative design solutions;
• Coordinate efforts in the preparation Construction Documents and specifications;
• Coordinate architectural designs with engineering consultants;
• Resolution of complex design issues, and intricate technical problems;
• Assist with the translation of program requirements into creative design solutions;
• Produce design presentations for clients;
• Research and selection of products and materials;
• Make submittals to regulatory agencies and the processing thereof;
• Coordination of Construction Administration responsibilities;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree from an accredited school;
• 5-10 years of experience;
• Strong creative design skills, graphic presentation skills, capacity for conceptual design thinking;
• Ability to develop design solutions for complex design problems;
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines;
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD 2020;
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and management skills;
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, work with a team, complete tasks correctly, accurately, and meet deadlines.
