We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our growing and fast-paced team. Project Managers in our firm are responsible for the successful management of multiple architecture projects at a time. Project Managers oversee all aspects, including financial, architectural, interpersonal, and administrative. They are the construction site representative and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project. We are looking for a Project Manager with technical and QA/QC experience that has managed multiple projects from design to close-out. Extensive knowledge of construction administration and experience in affordable housing preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • B. Arch or M. Arch or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Software Experience to include AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • ArchiCAD and Ajera experience is a bonus
  • Thorough organization skills
  • Financial acuity / basic project accounting experience
  • Good design sensibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent drawing coordination and documentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of codes, specs, engineering      systems and construction methods
  • Resourceful and efficient
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and develop solutions
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
