Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects is currently looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated designers to join our Los Angeles and San Francisco studios. Proximity to Los Angeles or San Francisco is required. Candidates should be able to exhibit the following qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in Interior Architecture
• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• California licensure desired but not required
• Certification in sustainability/wellness frameworks (LEED) a plus
• Experience working on multiple commercial interiors projects, including workplace interiors, higher education, institutional, adaptive reuse and hospitality (experience working in multiple sectors is a plus)
• Experience working with team to develop interior design concept, finish palette and presentation materials
• Experience preparing technical interiors documentation, including project FF&E package, finish/furniture drawings, custom fabrication details, permit drawings and specifications
• Demonstrates ability to lead a project team and work closely with Senior Management
• Experience collaborating on all design phases of an architectural project, including Permitting and Construction Administration
• Experience working with local permitting agencies and knowledge of current interiors-related building codes and sustainability standards
• Experience coordinating with consultants and vendors
• Strong project management skills preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication and graphic skills are essential
• 5+ years of professional Revit experience strongly preferred
• Salary shall be commensurate with skill level and experience
