WANTED: LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT / DESIGNER

Omnes is a multi-faceted design studio practicing in landscape architecture, urban design, planning, and art, and is based in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. Omnes is seeking an experienced full-time Landscape Architect / Designer.

We are looking for applicants with creativity, confidence, humor, and a collaborative spirit. Our studio offers thoughtful design, expanding landscape architecture and design beyond their typical bounds. Applicants should be serious and passionate about their role as a designer, and draw on a range of inspirations in design, art, and culture.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform a broad range of tasks within the studio, including: conceptual design, developing 3D models and renderings, compiling drawings and specifications, researching materials and products, creating graphics for client presentations, and participating in public engagement and charrettes. They will gain experience in construction administration and working with contractors and clients to achieve excellent design outcomes. Landscape Architect candidates will also be expected to mentor and oversee the work of others in the studio, advancing leadership within and beyond the studio.

REQUIREMENTS

• This position is based in Easton, Pennsylvania. Remote candidates who can travel regularly to the Lehigh Valley will be considered.
• Confidence and ability to speak publicly, present ideas, and form meaningful relationships with both collaborators and clients
• Excellent aesthetic sensibilities, in both landscape architecture and graphic design; strong writing skills are a plus
• Ability to develop iterative conceptual ideas, both manually and digitally
• Knowledge and ability to accurately and creatively grade sites
• Knowledge of Rhino and/or other 3D software; knowledge of Revit and GIS is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
• Experience with the production of design presentation and construction document packages, including technical specifications
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites in national locations on occasion

Compensation is commensurate with experience and in alignment with nationally researched salary ranges. Established in 2019, the studio is based in Easton, PA, and Northfield, VT, and offers design services nationally.
