Licensed Architect

We are looking for a licensed lead architect with 5 + years of experience to join our team in preparing architectural drawings and construction documents for filing in both NYC and Suffolk County. We have a number of projects based in Long Island and New York and are looking for a candidate who is able to multitask, handling multiple projects at a time.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be a licensed Architect in the State of New York
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited 4 years college.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Lumion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team, leading other junior architects and working with licensed architects, or independently
• Ability to understand all aspects of HVAC, plumbing and Structural coordination
• Knowledge of local Code is a plus
• Preparation of drawings, specifications and construction documents, and scheduling
