Project Manager
The DeRosa Group PC is a growing architectural firm located in Newark, NJ. Our firm currently has openings for project manager positions. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative, creative environment that fosters innovation. Diversified work includes urban redevelopment, commercial, mixed used buildings and corporate interiors.
The Candidate should have the following skills:
· A professional degree in architecture and 5-10 years experience
· Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specification, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation
· Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project
· Has good graphic and verbal skills and is interested and engaged in the process of Architecture
· Is detail-oriented, extremely organized, with strong technical skills
· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software
