Employer:Growing Northern NJ Architectural Firm seeking entry level intern to join a dynamic firm working on a broad range of projects from commercial to single family residential, we work in multiple states for unique and diverse clients.
Candidates must have a strong technical background and be able to produce a well-coordinated construction document set in AutoCAD.
Possess strong set of design skills
Excellent communications skills Ability to manage multiple projects
Basic understanding of building codes
Desire to learn and grow in the architectural profession
Knowledge of NYC Codes / Zoning and the permitting process a plus
3D rendering, Revit and or Vectorworks skills are also a plus
