Role:

  • Work with Sr. Marketing Manager to execute, develop, format, and submit RFPs, SOQs, and related materials
  • Assist in writing, editing boiler plate for easy to use and readily deployable marketing materials: resumes, project sheets, etc.
  • Coordinate with Sr. Marketing Manager/Business Development on all marketing campaigns/branding efforts including PR (Public Relations) efforts
  • Manage employee intranet content (SharePoint)
  • Work with Talent Department to strengthen our career brand across our digital sites, including LinkedIn and Instagram; assist with all college and recruiting fair materials, digital and print
  • Create, curate, manage and maintain our online and social media (SM) presence
  • Assist in creating/editing content and updates to websites and printed materials; implement strategy to maintain consistency in message across all marketing activities
  • Keep abreast on marketing trends, and relevant industry topics; introduce new/relevant marketing ideas and programs to position our firm as leaders in our space
  • Attend relevant industry networking events/conferences and other appropriate gatherings
  • Assist Sr. Marketing Manager and leadership to prepare, package, and submit awards submittals
  • Event planning and execution of company events; take pictures/videos of company activities for SM
  • Coordinate conference sponsorships / exhibition paperwork; create and manage exhibit materials and/or work with graphics team to create new materials if needed
  • Assist in research and proposal of new CRM database with Leadership and IT Department  
  • Assist design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Create, develop and maintain internal communication strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience working within the AEC Industry required
  • RFP/RFQ experience is required
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal skills in the English language are required
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Proficiency using InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook) Pre-employment test will be administered for InDesign and writing samples
  • Proficiency with layouts and graphics
  • Knowledgeable in Social Media Management including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience using CRM systems (i.e. Deltek Vision, etc.)
