Job Brief:

Oasys Homes is actively seeking a full time Sales Representative / ADU Design Consultant for immediate employment. We receive dozens of inquiries a week from potential customers wanting to build an ADU. These leads are interested in our product and know what they want, there is no cold calling. Our advanced technological approach to ADU building gives us a unique competitive edge to close the sale -our units are better, built faster, and more economical.


We are looking for someone creative that enjoys working with customers and with our team of in-house architects on design driven projects. He should be thorough, independent, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and hard working. The candidate must be professional with a positive attitude and have excellent sales skills as well as an eye for design. He will be trained on ADU laws which he shall master: possible ADU sizes and structures, setback and parking requirements, etc.

The candidate will have at its disposal state of the art selling tools: a full blown demo unit, top notch renders and 3D models, estimates, and support from a knowledgeable and reputable architect team. 

What you will do:

  • Arrange initial calls with prospects

  • Organize site visits to prospects’ homes if necessary (within the LA area) or receive prospects in our showroom (located at out offices in Downtown LA)

  • Cultivate rapport with potential buyers and assist them in understanding the ADU possibilities of their lots

  • Help prospects decide which Oasys ADU type, and which upgrade options, better fit their needs

  • Work together with customer and Oasys in house architect team during discovery phase to ensure client needs are addressed

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline

  • Outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Great follow through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any background in architecture or design is highly welcome

  • Experience in new home sales or home improvement sales is a plus

  • Real Estate experience is welcome

What We Offer

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: $35,000 base per year, plus commissions on each sale. Total compensation can realistically exceed $200K per year.

  • Schedule: 8 hours Monday to Friday, with flexibility for prospect site visits

  • Work Location: Downtown Los Angeles when not on site visits. Currently, given Covid situation, remote work possible 2 days per week
