A renowned luxury interiors firm with a specialty in bespoke hotels & cruise ship interiors are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to assist their Managing Partner and the Founder. Our client is seeking a professional with a forward-thinking mindset, able to self-manage and be proactive within the office. The ideal person will be out-going, loves to work in a small but intimate office environment, and has office management & maintenance knowledge. Additionally, our client would be highly interested in someone with some accounting/finance management experience, interest in handling Social Media (e.g. Instagram), and interest in Graphic Design or PR work.

 

Daily responsibilities & required skills include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and screening calls in addition to routing to the correct person or taking messages
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Helping prepare for meetings
  • Management of tight calendar schedules for Managing Partner and Founder
  • Restocking of general office supplies (e.g Stationary, Toiletries)
  • Knowledge and use of MS Office Suite
  • Planning ahead of scheduled trips (e.g hotel booking, car rental, potential cancellations)
  • Excellent with social interaction
  • Able to work effectively & efficiently under pressure
