Valerio Architects is seeking a smart, creative and highly motivated Digital Content & Graphics Coordinator to join our firm for a full time position to  oversee our digital media and marketing content. Our ideal candidate is an expert in the ever-evolving media marketing world, who can assist with visual storytelling and strong branding in a way that drives, develops and engages a growing audience. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Digital image record management: Maintain an organized system of branding photos, archives, and digital assets. Includes retouching final photos for digital use through multiple sites and formatting.
  • Oversee social media platform posts and updates for content and social engagement across multiple sites, with a shared goal to increase social traffic and visibility. Maintain a consistent voice, personality, look and feel for the brand throughout. 
  • Prepare and oversee blog style newsletters and updates, whether written internally or through sources throughout the firm.
  • Update and maintain marketing and business development brochures and/or digital presentations. 
  • Update and maintain company website. 
  • Capture the day-to-day expertise of the firm and translate into viewable content (photos, videos, vlog, or similar). 
  • Brainstorm new concepts. Maintain brand consistency while incorporating new creative energy.
  • Oversee photography for completed projects: Includes managing project photography, post editing, formatting, and archiving of captured images. May require occasional travel. Coordinate with remote photographers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 2-5 years professional experience in a similar role, preferably related to Architecture or environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Architecture, or other closely related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and similar programs. Ability to quickly learn new programs. 
  • Excellent design, typographic, and layout skills and sensibility. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication with an eye for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Internal capability to manage timeline, schedule and execution of tasks
