NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a technical architect for Construction Administration Position. We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects.

The candidate must:

  • Have well-rounded experience in architecture, with particular focus in coordination and shop drawing review.
  • Be able to work closely with the Project Manager and a team of architects on reviewing construction documents and performing construction administration tasks.
  • AutoCAD experience is required/Revit experience is a plus
  • Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam digital shop drawing review is a plus
  • Adobe Acrobat/digital shop drawing review a plus
  • Knowledge of conversion a plus

Responsibilities include:

  • Job site visits, submittal review, RFI responses, phone clarification, preparation and client meetings.
  • Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specification and material selections required for construction.
  • Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
