Our client – a top architecture firm with locations in Austin, Tampa, Denver, St. Louis, Kansas City (Kansas), Raleigh and Indianapolis – is actively seeking a National Healing Practice Director to join their award-winning team in any one of those locations. The ideal candidate for this position is a strong leader already at (or near) the principal level, who is highly driven, strategic, and understands the importance of collaboration at the regional and national level.

In this role, your main goal is to be a thought leader, setting and driving the firm’s strategy within the healthcare sector to ensure our client is positioned and recognized as an industry leader by their clients and peers nationwide.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, developing and executing market strategy
  • Collaborating with regional leaders on the pursuit of new business opportunities, advising and supporting efforts to win new work
  • Leading development of promotional marketing material content and placement in well-read publications
  • Organizing efforts to seek and retain top talent, in collaboration with the President, CRO and other discipline leaders, to build a national platform to deliver expertise & drive revenue growth within the market

Position Requirements Include: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in mostly healthcare architecture (new-build/ground-up preferred)
  • Must be registered architect or professional engineer
  • Proven success in leadership roles, and prior experience contributing to business development
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen skills; able to gather relevant data for valid conclusions and insinuations that assist in making important business decisions
  • Confident presenting at well-attended speaking engagements and conferences
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa restrictions

This is a full-time opportunity with a very competitive salary and benefits package! Given the current circumstances, remote work will be an option depending on the start date and office location.
