Our San Francisco office seeks a Designer who is seeking long-term career relationships with potential for advancement. Candidates should have 3-7 years experience and possess a Bachelors degree in Architecture.

Candidate responsibilities include: Preparation of conceptual design sketches and exhibits for mixed-use, retail, multi-family residential, senior living, and wellness projects. Selection of building materials and color palette.  Collaborate with Design Principal and Project Manager to develop design concepts that respond to Firm and Client objectives. Prepare 3-D models of proposed designs utilizing modeling and/or BIM software. Assist with production of construction documents as necessary based on project workload.

Candidates should possess the following skills: Experience with commercial/retail/mixed-use design, multi-family residential design and site planning.  Proficiency with SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit and familiarity with other industry software applications.  Basic understanding of materials and methods of construction. Excellent graphic and design capabilities. Familiarity with building and zoning codes desirable. Comprehends design concepts in verbal or graphic communication. Capable of composing and extending design elements in presentation format. Ability to compose design details for Construction Documents.
