Well-known practice seeks experienced Project Manager to lead their team on workplace and commercial interiors projects in the Bay Area 


Manages interior corporate projects to completion, including work performed by internal and external resources including vendors and consultants

Delegates tasks, oversee work and provide feedback to design team assign to project

Oversees the design and technical teams to steer and understand the design principles

Coordinates project teams and engineering staff to ensure timely completion of drawings

Assist the firm in the pursuit of new business and develop existing relationships with clients

Mentors and guides junior staff on aspects of project completion

Delivers presentations and gains approval of clients on project concepts

Establishes budget for scope and informs senior project manager and project director of any variation of scope or budget

In charge of collections for projects and works with finance manager on resolving any issues with clients

Manages overall client relationship from initial assessment of client, schematic design concept presentations, and final delivery.


Degree in architecture or related design field from accredited university

8+ years experience working in the architecture industry, preferably in corporate interiors

Technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite

Professional knowledge of materials, construction methods, and FF&E related to interior workplaces

Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with all levels of staff through written, verbal, and presentation mediums

Thorough knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements
