ROGERS PARTNERS Architects+Urban Designers is an award-winning studio of architects, landscape architects, and urban designers. Our work is nationally recognized for design excellence across a wide range of project types, including cultural and academic buildings, mixed-use and commercial spaces, independent K-12 schools, public realm designs, and multifamily housing.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a background in and passion for design to join our team based out of our office in New York City's Tribeca neighborhood. This position involves developing and coordinating marketing initiatives for the firm involving proposals, presentations, social media, print and digital marketing material mailing, or advertisements, and often a combination of these; helping to maintain company’s webpage and work with Director and studio employees to help bring marketing efforts to realization; and working with design staff, outside consultants, and clients on various initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator should be able to work directly with firm leadership on specific initiatives and with reasonable oversight/management.

Tasks

  • Coordinate proposals and develop deadline-oriented deliverables
  • Support marketing day-to-day operations including social media/PR, project pursuits, internal marketing needs
  • Arrange and coordinate internal meetings, external events, and special events
  • PR & Social Media
  • Assistance in maintaining internal databases and files
  • Assist in creating tailored approaches and maintaining materials used for proposals, correspondence, and presentation materials and reports
  • Research, maintain, and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction
  • Support multiple project teams with regards to graphic needs

Experience & Capabilities

  • Prefer 1 Year Experience
  • Ability to create tailored graphic layouts and maintain graphic standards
  • Ability to develop initiative-specific and project-specific text
  • Background/knowledge and interest in Architecture and Design
  • In-depth fluency in general and design software programs (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design Suite, Constant Contact/Mail Chimp, website backends equivalent to wordpress)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of firm specific sectors, portfolio, and personnel
  • Ability to budget/manage time wisely and prioritization of tasks
