RDC, an award winning architectural firm with a diverse portfolio, is currently seeking a Job Captain to work on in our Rogers, Arkansas location. The position requires digital graphics experience, hand drawing ability, good communication skills and an ability to thrive in a team environment.  The primary function of a Job Captain is to develop and coordinate the production of quality contract documents.

Qualifications include:

• Accredited architectural degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit required.
