Our studio is an open, collaborative environment in which critique and discussion are encouraged as part of the pursuit of design excellence for our clients. We embrace a collective approach in every project to create work that is process driven, responsive to program, authentic to its inherent characteristics, and is visually distinctive.

We are currently seeking a creative and committed designer or architect with a minimum of three years’ experience for an immediate opening in our New Orleans-based studio.

Candidate should be creative, flexible, detail oriented, able to collaborate effectively with a team, and responsible to take initiative in response to direction or instruction by the Project Manager or Partners in the firm. The individual considered for this position must be able highly motivated, be able to work proficiently and effectively within a wide range of duties from drafting through project management, and is flexible with an open attitude to participate, learn, and grow in a collaborative working environment.


Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate and support team in project development from Concept to Construction Documents
  • Self-motivated to work independently, to follow-through on instructions and direction from Project Manager, and diligent in effectively keeping the Project Manager prepared for client meetings
  • Proficient to prepare, coordinate, and edit drawings and specifications in coordination with Project Manager and team
  • Ability to provide rendering and graphic design support as required


  • Minimum of three years’ architectural experience, with a strong design background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in autoCAD or VectorWorks, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is required. Revit experience preferred.
  • Professional registration preferred, but not required;
  • Strong presentation, communication, written, and graphic skills
