We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience to join our team. Qualified candidates are able to develop quality design and construction documents through hands-on work, coordinate all project issues with owners and consultants, and manage team members through delegation of tasks and leadership.  We are looking for people who are aspirational and familiar with the project type, able to work effectively as part of an overall team leader, and well experienced with schedule and construction challenges. Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
  • Candidates on the path to architectural licensure.  Licensed architects in the state of CA a plus.
  • 4 years minimum full time experience after graduation
  • Relevant and progressive experience in commercial project types
  • Thorough knowledge of architectural construction drawings
  • Should be highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Should have solid understanding of building codes and experience with putting together construction documents
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior project team members while coordinating with senior project managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast paced environment
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work
  • Should be highly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
