We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our professional team. Our Portland, Oregon and San Francisco offices are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team through the creative design process.

  • Strong technical and detailing skills

Essential Functions

  • Facilitate client communication
  • Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts on small/medium projects
  • Prepare strategic plans for project success
  • Responsible for design excellence on all assigned projects
  • Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects
  • Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs
  • Actively manage project communications, documentation, and team assignments
  • Experience with local codes and entitlements
  • Experience with seeing a project from design through construction administration is a must

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 6 years of architectural experience in an office setting
  • Revit modeling and documentation
  • History of developing and maintaining client relationships
