As RACAIA projects include corporate retail, civic/schools, restaurants/hospitality and healthcare, this person would be flexible and considerate of each client’s needs.

The most ideal candidate will be comfortable with flexibly managing multiple phases of multiple project types, and is open to the ongoing process of supporting steady growth for our firm. Current clients include the Los Angles Community College District, Judicial Council of California, County of Los Angeles Public Works, Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union, Bank of the West/BNP Paribas, Mt. • Permitting – jurisdictional research through application and permit tracking
  • Budget - Assist with budget work planning, contracts and proposals
  • Construction Observation – site visits, weekly conference calls, submittal review, RFI review, ASIs and PRs
  • Proven experience maintaining project milestone with complex projects involving MEP, Structural and Civil Engineering systems coordination
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, meeting design intent and client vision/goals, and at the required level of quality
  • Very strong experience presenting to and working with clients and stakeholders, and a high degree of patience and comfortability explaining design, construction and operational concepts to clients in simple, clear ways

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years architectural and construction experience
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Revit experience a plus but not a requirement.
  • Comprehensive experience creating and managing construction documentation
