Junior Architect (2-5 Years Experience)

We are seeking a junior level architect who has a strong understanding of how buildings function and drawings are produced, and is an enthusiastic explorer of what could be within the built environment. Successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals, passionate about design and pushing the limits of their craft. Candidates should also have strong communication skills (written, verbal and graphic) with the ability to think critically and efficiently to solve complex problems with fluctuating priorities. 

The primary job responsibility of a junior architect will be to work directly with a project architect, developing the technical aspects of the project, drawing organization, and materials research. The role also includes collaborating with the design principal exploring the project organization and architectural expression. 


  • Professional degree in Architecture (BARCH, MARCH)

Required Skills

  • Works harmoniously and professionally in small, collaborative teams
  • 3D Modeling: Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper scripting
  • Model Making: Proficiency in a wood shop/fabrication table-saw, band saw, and sanding
  • Drawing: AutoCad drafting and some drawing Management
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred Skills

  • Strong visual and verbal communicative skills
  • Knowledge of drawing documentation
  • Familiarity with Revit
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • 3D printing and laser cutter
  • Strong understanding of architectural and art history
