Our firm is growing and we are excited to bring a Architect/Designer on board.  

In this position, you will:

  • Be an effective manager and mentor of team of junior architects through all phases of a project.
  • Create and review contract documents, ensuring compliance with firm standards, building systems, codes and ADA requirements.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, be highly motivated and detail oriented.
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with internal team and clients.
  • Deliver on the firms commitment to quality work and maintain high standards for documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Architecture or Master in Architecture Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with NYC Building Code.
  • Experience working with exterior envelope or facade restoration projects highly preferred.
  • Professional registration or working toward professional registration.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently towards deadlines.
  • Ability to interact directly with design principals and clients.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior professional staff.
