The Role

Designer II team member responsibilities include production of client presentations, material and FF&E selections. Preparation of construction drawings in a manner consistent with firm wide standards is a vital part of the role. Designer II team members have the opportunity to work on multiple projects. Designer II team members report to the designated Project Manager and Studio Director.  

Education: Architecture or Interior Design school graduate. Other accreditation is encouraged.

Experience: 5 or more years of experience with demonstrated ability to work within a team or independently across multiple projects.     

Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling, SketchUp


  • Plan Projects in conjunction with the Studio Director and Architectural Project Manager.
  • Work on one or more small projects concurrently with limited oversight.
  • Be familiar with interior budget, scope and contract deliverables.
  • Work with Architectural Project Manager in maintaining Interiors Project Schedule, including phase deadlines, filing milestones and meetings.
  • Assist Architectural Project Manager in assembling and coordinating interior consultant team, including FF&E procurement, Lighting Design and coordination of RCPs.
  • Obtain client approval on all interior finishes and FF&E selections.
  • Assist in development of interiors program requirements.
  • Correspond with vendors regarding feasibility of interior finishes and FF&E.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documentation and specifications.
  • Assist in interior contract administration process.

Assist in the preparation of client design presentations.
