We are seeking talented professionals with 2-4 years experience to join our collaborative studio and work on two, possibly three large scale ground up development projects as well as contribute their expertise to our current project portfolio which includes community centers, high end residential renovations, building restorations, and charter schools. You will help develop creative design solutions; prepare accurate and thorough contract documents; prepare presentation materials, including renderings; and work with clients, consultants, and contractors. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a high level of competency for creating a set of contract documents, navigating the DOB filing process, and familiarity with zoning.

Following is a summary of our preferred profile for candidates:

  • A Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree in the United States or equivalent degree earned in a foreign country
  • Background in sustainable design research or studies
  • Experience with Revit, CAD, rendering softwares, 3D printing, and social media
