The Junior Project Manager ensures the correct development of all aspects of the new store construction projects and renovations to existing stores with the guidance of the Shop Planning Director.

  • Prepare & develop store layout and design sets of drawings, including construction details with AutoCAD application
  • Responsible for coordinating design with consultants and vendors from schematics through construction
  • Collaborate with internal key partners including but not limited to Finance, Brand Regional Manager and Visual Merchandising team
  • Obtain pricing and product information from vendors such as materials and other elements for stores
  • Develop on-brand presentations and other documentation for submission
  • Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of projects
  • Play a part in team project management
  • Guarantees the turnover of stores in a professional and clear manner


  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or relevant field
  • 2 years of relevant experience supporting retail store design.
  • Subject matter expert in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering programs is a plus
  • Must have a general understanding of building systems & codes (including MEP, ADA code,etc)
  • Ability to critically review plans according to project requirements
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • Process driven with excellent communication skills
