MKDA, an award-winning commercial Interior Design firm headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Marketing/Graphics Coordinator to join the New York office as a full-time employee to support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. A dynamic and fast-paced position, the candidate must manage a variety of assignments from multiple sources, thrive under deadlines, take initiative and self-manage to prioritize tasks within time parameters.


  • Develops, produces and maintains brochure packages
  • Coordinates the preparation of qualifications, proposals and presentations
  • Manages and contributes content to social media sites
  • Develops graphic content to support website, public/media relations and social media
  • Coordinates and prepares submittals for award competitions, mailers, e-blasts and other custom graphics projects
  • Responsible for quality, disseminations and oversight of the firm’s branding / graphic standards both internally and externally, develops graphics across all platforms in support of brand vision
  • Assists in photography shoots, manages and organizes photo library and photo corrections
  • Maintain firm collateral such as project cut sheets, resumes, project information and imagery
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director and work collaboratively with firm principals and senior members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Future work may include Environment Signage packages in support of interiors studios.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic Design, English, Marketing and/or Communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, web-based design experience preferred
  • Excellent graphic design skills, strategic and creative thinker with attention to detail
  • A/E/C industry experience and/or strong interest a plus
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong organizational, collaboration and written and verbal communications skills
  • Possesses strong organizational and problem solving skills, prioritizes and handles multiple deadlines with grace
  • Results Driven, pride of ownership, positive attitude, collaborative, self-starter
