They are looking for versatile and concept-driven Project Architects to join their team. As members of an integrated design team, their project architects work in a wide range of building types and project scales. 

Qualified candidates have a passion for a rigorous pursuit of excellence and a high degree of design sensitivity, a proven record in quality design implementation, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience, and a professional degree in architecture.  They seek candidates with demonstrated experience in all phases of the design and documentation process, coordination of consultants, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary design teams and client representatives. Experience with complex urban mixed-use residential, or public educational projects is highly desired.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, the skills and ability to think creatively, and to engage and lead colleagues and stakeholders in an inclusive and collaborative process to solve complex problems.

Ten or more years of experience, licensed architect who plans and develops medium- to large-scope projects with many complexities, executes and coordinates projects, and may oversee a large team.

Plans and develops projects of medium to large scope and works under minimal supervision. Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Plans and develops architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs. Involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods.
