DeRosa Group Architects is a design-oriented firm with a diverse practice that includes mixed use development, corporate interiors and hospitality/ We are looking for a person to join the studio as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant. Candidate must have a proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently and efficiently.

This is a part-time position consisting of 16-24 hours per week. The schedule is negotiable but needs to be stable (ie three days a week, mornings, etc). It is a permanent (not temporary) position. Compensation is based on experience.


·        Maintain social media

·        Maintain office calendar

·        IT coordination

·        Order supplies and maintain general aspects of the office

·        Coordinate mailings/invoices

·        Schedule personal appointments for the Principal as required to coordinate personal schedule with professional commitments.


·        Excellent communication skills (verbal and email)

·        High degree of self-motivation and resourcefulness

·        Strong organizational and time management skills 

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
