We are a small, boutique landscape design, build and nurture firm specializing in high end residential projects. 


The Studio Support role is focused on connecting and supporting the projects and people of Campion Walker. Studio Support management responsibilities include overseeing workflows, deliverables, standards and client communication. Studio Support design responsibilities include CAD, presentation material and production plan work within a fast- paced design studio.


Mandatory proficiency in: AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office.

Remaining Adobe Suite programs and additional rendering software a plus.

Strong organizational skills, independent work habits and strong verbal/written communication is a must.


  • Design Associates (DAs) report to Studio Support for workflow and expectations and work as a team to output projects on tight schedules.

  • Partners with Director of Operations to execute projects on PM schedule

  • Liaises with design clients and takes responsibility for client communication and satisfaction.

  • Reports into Principal and Senior designer for both Project Management and Design project support.


Project Management

  • Oversee organization of incoming information of project leads and their transition to design clients, build clients, and maintenance clients.

  • Manage designer tasks and workflow, including time reporting, project hour accounting, and client deliverables.

  • Oversee organization of project files and studio-wide standard templates, as well as spreadsheet information repositories and information/reference libraries.

  • Proactively work with Director of Operations to transition projects from design to build phases, overseeing budget, schedule, and delivery of necessary detail drawings.

  • Interface between Operations (estimates, materials, timing) and Design prior to mid Client meeting to offer more tactile understanding of design to answer Client questions.


  • Act as daily support for Principal, Director of Operations and all design team associates with work in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUp as needed in order to facilitate meeting project design deadlines.
