The Opportunity:

Responsible  for the complete, accurate, and timely processing of all invoices, employee expense reimbursements, cash receipts and other payment requests while providing courteous, timely, and accurate support services to staff and external customers.

Qualities and Skills:

  • Data entry of invoices, employee expense reimbursements and other payment requests into Deltek Vision
  • Review invoices, employee expense reimbursements and other payment requests for proper approvals, mathematical calculations, duplicate payments and proper supporting documents (receipts for expense reimbursements; etc)
  • Preparation of vouchers when necessary for invoices, employee expense reimbursements and other payment requests to include the proper allocations to general ledger and projects
  • Verify data entered into Deltek Vision, reviewing for accuracy and indicating corrections where needed
  • Prepare disbursement checks, collect support, verify signage and mail
  • Post daily cash receipts according to the client remittance advice for multiple companies and/or currencies
  • Research all unidentified payments within 4-5 days of receipt date
  • Maintain a schedule of all unidentified payments
  • Communicate/escalate issues to the Project Accounting team and/or Account Receivable Manager in a timely manner
  • Process cash receipt adjustment requests in a timely manner
  • Recognize opportunity for change/improvement of process
  • Maintain document files in accordance with current filing system
  • Safeguard the company assets
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide courteous and professional support services to staff and external customers
  • Strive to achieve a high level of performance as a part of the Accounting Team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus
