Deborah Berke Partners is seeking a BIM Manager with extensive experience with integrating Revit into projects for hospitality and institutional architecture, interior design, and landscape design.

 Your Role:

Lead and facilitate use of Digital Design tools and Revit office-wide.  You will work independently and in teams to continually improve and implement best practices, methodology, and training.

 Your Day Might Include:

  • Establishing productivity and design workflows, including use of Dynamo scripts, macros, and plug-ins to speed and automate repetitive tasks, enhance ability to iterate and analyze designs, and extract and utilize data
  • Refining and standardizing documentation: graphic standards, templates, and libraries
  • Working with project teams to solve high-level Revit issues
  • Creating complex Revit families and schedules
  • Ensuring 3D models output accurate drawings and usable data that reflect the intent of the design
  • Interfacing with the IT staff to ensure proper software and hardware are in place to achieve office objectives
  • Providing Digital Design mentoring and training to staff

 You Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience working in building information modeling environments to lead, advance, and optimize office wide Revit standards
  • Professional degree in Architecture with licensure preferred
  • Familiarity with architectural standard, architectural documentation, and project development at all design phases.
  • Demonstrated substantial Revit expertise, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and an ability to provide formal and informal training
  • Specialized knowledge of 3D software tools
  • Creative excellence in Revit, Rhino, and interfacing between the two.
  • Excellent graphic, communication, and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with and support your design team
  • Pro-active, self-disciplined, and confident in a fast-paced working environment
  • Possess all legal permits and visas required to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
