The bestselling Architecture and Design book “From the Land” published by Rizzoli illustrates many of the firm’s projects.

Our firm is based in Sausalito, St. Helena, and Beverly Hills California and we have openings for Architectural Project Managers and Job Captains to join our Sausalito and St. Helena studios. We are looking for self-starting individuals who share our attitudes about creating great work in a collaborative environment. Our work seeks to balance the art and science of architecture. Applicants should show experience and interest in all aspects of the design and construction process and look forward to being part of an enthusiastic team. We are accepting applications for Architectural Project Managers and Job Captains with varying project experience ranging from large scale custom residential to large scale commercial, winery and resort experience.  

Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong aptitude in the following areas:

  • Design and technical experience
  • Construction Documentation
  • Fluency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Drafting, Modeling and Rendering
  • Dexterity with hand drawing capabilities a plus
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Construction site experience required
  • Must be able to work within a collaborative team
