  • Helps lead project team in developing design and documentation through all phases of project
  • Able to identify design issues, offer design solutions, and manage complex coordination tasks
  • Coordinate with project team, client, consultants, and contractors in a professional manner
  • Able to respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings


  • 2-5 years of experience in custom single family residential, multi-family, or commercial projects
  • B Arch or M Arch degree from a NAAB accredited architecture program 
  • Strong design skills and strong graphically with an ability to express ideas through hand sketching  
  • Fluent in several software programs, ArchiCAD (preferred) 
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Takes on new responsibilities and has the ability to manage up and across
