Firm Responsibilities

  • Work with Principal to develop overall firm goals and strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage and direct activities in support of firm culture.
  • Articulate workflow needs to Principal.
  • Monitor project schedules and fee budgets.

Project Responsibilities

  • Manage assignments for Project Associates and Interns to complete.
  • Supervise Project Associates and Interns to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets.
  • Develop project design objectives, goals, and milestones.
  • Manage project consultants.
  • Manage and organize project files.
  • Manage development and production of project specifications.
  • Perform or manage construction administration.
  • Communicate learning experiences to Principal.
  • Review project status with Principal.
  • Perform performance evaluations with Principal of supporting staff members.

Client Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships through professional and social opportunities.
  • Communicate through face to face meetings, phone, and email with clients regarding status throughout the project.
  • Represent the firm in the community through involvement in professional and civic organizations and boards. 

Hard Qualifications

  • Registered Architect.
  • Several strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional technical and detail skills.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and approval process.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
