We are seeking Project Architects (minimum 8 years experience) and Job Captain (minimum 5 years experience) candidates for available full time positions. 

Project Architect Responsibilities: 

• Ability to coordinate projects independently
• Strong management to oversee and lead project team
• Supervision of team members
• Quality interaction with Clients 
• Ability to oversee outside consultants
• Strong knowledge of building codes
• Keen eye in reviewing technical standards 
• Strong presentation skills through multiple media options (digital and hand sketching) 

Project Architect Requirements: 

• 8+ years minimum experience in the field of Architecture 
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture
• Familiarity with latest CAD, graphic and business software
• Experience with multi-unit retail, restaurant and / or similar hospitality projects preferred
• Proven ability to oversee and support complex projects 
• Good communication and people skills preferred 

Job Captain Responsibilities: 

• Ability to coordinate projects with support
• Strong management to oversee junior staff
• Quality interaction with Clients 
• Ability to coordinate clearly with public agencies, outside consultants and vendors
• Knowledge of building codes
• Keen eye in reviewing technical standards. Train and mentor junior staff in quality of drawings and presentation 
• Strong presentation skills through multiple media options (digital and hand sketching) 

Job Captain Requirements: 

• 5+ years experience in the field of Architecture 
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture
• Familiarity with latest CAD, graphic and business software
• Experience with multi-unit retail, restaurant and / or similar hospitality projects preferred
• Good communication and people skills preferred
